Refund policy
At UNTLD, every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other non-defective reason.
Please review our policy below before placing your order.
Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds or free replacements if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
- Your order contains a manufacturing or printing defect.
If your request is approved, we will either:
- send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- issue a full refund to your original payment method, where appropriate.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Ordering the wrong size.
- Wanting a different color or design after ordering.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Any reason unrelated to a manufacturing defect or our error.
Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order, as all products are made specifically for you.
Reporting a Defect
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of:
- the product,
- the defect,
- the packaging (if applicable).
Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Review Process
Once we receive your request, we will review it within 3–5 business days.
If your claim is approved, we will either:
- send you a replacement free of charge, or
- process a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders enter production shortly after they are placed, changes or cancellations are only possible within 4 hours of placing your order.
After this period, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations will be possible.
